Docify is a personal document assistant app published by Sayed Murad. This page explains how to permanently delete your Docify account and the data associated with it.
Your account is deleted immediately — there is no waiting period.
If you no longer have access to the app or your device, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please send the request from the same email address you used to sign in to Docify, so we can verify your identity.
We will process email requests within 7 days.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Your chat history is stored only on your own device, never on our servers. It is not affected by account deletion — you can clear it separately from within the app (Settings, or by deleting individual chats), or by uninstalling the app.
